The mission statement of the Israeli Cultural Institute is to introduce and popularize the versatility of Israeli Culture in Hungary. In order to accomplish this goal ICI will organize various educational and entertaining programs and will offer a wide variety of related services. The Institute’s objective is to ensure an inspiring framework open to all, both for learning and leisure.
Our objectives:
- Assisting the creation of ties and connections between Israelis and Hungarians, by organizing and popularizing cultural, educational and scientific events;
- Encouraging creative initiatives, advocating projects, partnerships and granting professional counselling;
- Enhancing the sense of community by organizing clubs and workshops, assisting the work of youth-organizations;
- Ensuring up to par services via a café, a book-store and an information centre;
- Structuring of an exemplary organizational framework with a transparent institutional work-flow and by creating the necessary conditions for self-support.
